Isaías de Sousa is a Ph.D. candidate in Prof. Khaled Nabil Salama's Sensors Lab at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Before joining KAUST, Isaías obtained an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, in the electronics/telecommunications field, from the Federal University of Campina Grande, PB, in 2020. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Piauí, PI, in 2015. As part of his studies in microelectronics, he has grant certification from the IC Brazil program, São Paulo University, SP, in 2019. He was an instructor in the IC Brazil program from 2019 to 2020.

Research Interests

Isaías' research interests include energy harvesting circuits, focusing on autonomous rectifiers for UHF and ISM bands, serving the purpose of developing applications on IoT, Analog design, Integrated Rectifiers, Power-conditioning circuits, Differential amplifiers, and AMS design.
