Education and early career

Hongxian obtained his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Shandong University, China, and his Master's degree at KAUST. Before coming to KAUST, he worked as a Solution Architect Intern at Amazon Web Services, Inc., China. 

Scientific focus/Research interest

His scientific interests focus on applying novel artificial intelligence techniques to solve open problems based on the 3D point cloud.
