The KAUST Saudi Summer Internship (SSI) is a 6-10 week research program designed to introduce Saudi University students to topics of research in the division of Computer, Electrical, and Mathematical Science and Engineering (CEMSE).
Participating students work on an individual research project mentored by leading scholars and experts, with the opportunity to showcase their work in an e-poster event at the end of the internship.
What's included?
Throughout the program, the student will:
- Get an introduction to graduate research at KAUST.
- Get training in the use of state-of-the-art and emerging technologies, as per the project requirements.
- Attend academic sessions and side workshops such as Scientific Research Skills.
- Present their work in the e-poster competition at the end of the program.
- Participate in social events.
