Mingtao Nong is currently working as a Reasearch Specialist fellow at the Advanced Semiconductor Lab at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
Research Interests
Nong's research interests include compound semiconductor crystal growth, novel devices design, fabrication, and the analysis of their optoelectronic characteristics.
