CBRC in collaboration with Bioscience Core Lab is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Data Viewer, a new management system to replace the existing application, Data Center.
No action will be required for existing users to use the new system as our entire data release workflow was migrated. Users are now able to securely use their KAUST credentials to access the platform.
Data Viewer is a web-based solution for genomic data visualization and quality metrics. Sanger and PacBio sequencing are planned to go on development in the next phases.
