People who wish to analyze nature without using mathematics must settle for a reduced understanding.

My name is Mohamed Abdelwaheb Bahloul, native from Sfax, Tunisia. I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Computer, Electrical, and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Division at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). I first came to KAUST, in 2015, as an intern within the Visiting Student Research Program. Impressed with the University, its facilities, and the KAUST lifestyle, I then applied to KAUST as a master's degree student and was accepted to the electrical engineering program, electro-physics track. After graduating with my M.S. in 2017, I began my Ph.D. studies at KAUST in Estimation, Modeling, and Analysis group with associate professor Taous-Meriem Laleg. My interests and expertise include mathematical modeling, algorithms development, system identification, and estimation techniques for biomedical systems.
KAUST is not my first experience of studying abroad. I first study at the University of Montpellier, France, where I have earned a master's degree in microelectronic systems. I have also earned another master's degree in embedded systems from the National School of Engineering of Sfax in collaboration with Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany.
My general engineer training in EE from three different schools (ENIS-Tunisia, UM-France & KAUST-KSA), as well as my personal skills, allowed me to acquire a solid knowledge, a real sense of the field and a true team spirit. I hope this personal web page gives you a chance to learn about me and my research.
