Invited researchers took part in a DMAP workshop organized by CBRC in partnership with the Red Sea Research Center (RSRC) on March 28-30.

The first day of the workshop focused on a series of talks on metagenomics while the second and third day focused on more intensive hands-on practical sessions analyzing MESOCOSM metagenomic and metatranscriptomic data based on a series of scientific questions.
