Swedish delegation visits KAUST

CBRC Director Vladimir Bajic was present to introduce the research done by the Center and to emphasize the existing collaboration with Swedish university, Chalmers University of Technology.

​​​​A delegation from the Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education (STINT), Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE), KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institute, Lund University and Uppsala University recently visited KAUST to explore possible collaborations and partnerships.

CBRC Director Vladimir Bajic was present to introduce the research done by the Center and to emphasize the existing collaboration with Swedish university, Chalmers University of Technology.

Poster competition winners from the recently held KAUST Research Conference: Computational Systems Biology in Biomedicine were also present to showcase their posters and discuss their research.

The Swedish delegation left KAUST with a positive impression and have expressed their intention to identify potential collaborative opportunities between their universities and faculty at KAUST.
