Recently, PhD student Sakhaa Alsaedi, under the supervision of Distinguished Professor Takashi and Prof. Xin Gao, received the Outstanding Leadership award at the Education 2.0 Conference held in Dubai on June 19, 2023. She was recognized for her contributions in the education sector through innovative AI approaches with STEM education kits for children, focusing on teaching bioinformatics, data analysis, and coding in her start-up company, Medvation.
